At LOADistrict, we are dedicated to transforming culture through the power of art and music. We stand together to create works that speak to the issues of everyday life in our chaotic lives, caring about people, mental health, expression & environment, searching for new ways to live a better future.
Rethinking the Creative Space
We aim to redefine the collaborative approach to creation, encouraging individuals to see it as a shared space and open their vision to other's ideas.
Integrating Work, Community and Creation
We envision a place where work, community and the creation of new concepts and projects coexist harmoniously, challenging modern habits and eliminating the social and cultural divide to create a more integrated and fulfilling lifestyle.
Art can be useful
We believe in the social and cultural use of art, as a tool that can deliver and promote values and information in many fields of interest like science, philosophy, psychology, technology, architecture, design, etc.. We are committed to develop projects that are useful to social growth and innovation who can redefine the path of art's future.
Urban and Rural Synergy
We seek to overcome the traditional urban divide by integrating art and music practices into urban spaces. This includes creating , developing and fostering new artistic ideas and movements, promoting it through the community and the urban texture.
